CMA Approves Increasing Total Asset Value of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund by SR702 mln

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announces the approval of the unitholders and Capital Market Authority of a fundamental change to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, such change will become effective on 26 / 12 / 2021.

The details of the fundamental change are as follows:

Increasing the total asset value of the Fund by SAR 701,951,750 through offering additional units and accepting cash and in-kind subscriptions.
