Arabian Aramco Total Services Company announces partial redemption of SUKUK

Arabian Aramco Total Services Company (AATSC) announced the partial redemption of SUKUK on Monday 20 December 2021 (scheduled semi-annually).

This is with a distribution amount of SAR 191,994,880.00 (which represents 5.12 % of SUKUK original face value) as per the redemption schedule of the CMA approved SUKUK prospectus page 76 that was issued on 10 September 2011. Subsequently, the face value of each certificate becomes SAR 50,140.00 and the outstanding SUKUK principal becomes SAR 1,880,199,860.00.
