Albilad Capital Announces Change of Membership of BOD of Albilad Gold ETF

Albilad Capital announces a change in the membership of the board of directors of Albilad Gold ETF due to the resignation of board member Ehab Mahmoud Hassoubah (Dependent Board Member) from 12/05/1442 H, corresponding to 27/12/2020 G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1- Zaid Muhammad Al-Mufarih (Dependent – Chairman of the Board of Directors)

2- Haytham Sulaiman Al-Suhaimi (Dependent Board Member)

3- Khalid Muhammad Al-Sharif (Independent Board Member)

4- Omar Ali Bassal (Independent Board Member)
