ALAKARIA Submits Capital Increase File of SR1.59 Billion to CMA

ALAKARIA Company announced that it submitted the capital increase file with a total of SR1, 593,000,000 to the Capital Market Authority on 14.12.2021.

This comes with reference to the Company’s announcement on Tadawul in 12.12.2021 regarding the announcement of an update to the board’s recommendation to increase the capital by the offering rights issue to be with a total of SAR1,593,000,000.

The capital increase is subject to the applicable regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Company’s extraordinary general assembly.

The Company will announce any material developments as required by applicable rules.
