Abo Moati Renews Credit Facilities with Al Jazeera Bank for SR50 Million
Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Company announced on Monday the renewal of the credit facilities agreement that is in line with the Sharia regulations with Al Jazeera Bank with an amount of SR50 million.
The Company indicated on Tadawul on Monday that the guarantees offered for the financing is represented in promissory note from the company and there are no related parties in the agreement.
