2 Extraordinary Deals Take Place

Two deals were executed in the Saudi stock exchange Tadawul on as much as 4 million shares of the National Insurance company, as per SR20 a share, with a total value of SR80 million.

The size of the two transactions represented 20% of the company’s capital standing at 20 million shares.

The National Insurance company have announced that it had received the letter of the Private Wealth Holding company, which included statement of their agreement with the SAAB to purchase its entire shares, in the National Insurance company, amounting to 4,000,000 shares, representing 20% ​​of the capital of the National Insurance Company on December 23, 2021, at a value SR80,000,000.
