Thimar changes its name to Thimar Development Holding Company
The National Agricultural Marketing Company – Thimar announced to the shareholders the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly to amend Article (2) of the company’s articles of association regarding changing the company’s name from the company National Agricultural Marketing – Thimar to Thimar Development Holding Company
Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on the evening of Tuesday 12 – 10 – 2021.
