Taiba Investment Distributes Exceptional Cash Dividends for Fiscal Year 2021

Taiba Investment Company announced on Monday that, based on what has been achieved as a result of selling part of the shares owned by Taiba in SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company, a recommendation was issued by the Board of Directors in accordance with its pass-circular dated 11-09-2021 to distribute exceptional cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2021 as follows:

“The total amount distributed is SR641, 829,932, the number of shares eligible for dividends is SR160, 457,483, dividend per share is 4 and the percentage of dividend to the share par value is 40%.” The company said.

For the shareholders who own the company’s shares at the end of trading day on Sunday 16-04-1443 AH corresponding to 21-11-2021 and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The company also calls on its valued shareholders to quickly update their data and to ensure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their profits are deposited in their accounts with banks on the day of distribution, and the necessity of depositing all the certificates in their possession – if any – in their investment portfolios by handing them over to a financial brokerage company or The Securities Depository Center company (Depository Center) at the following address:
