Following world 9th largest exchange formal move to IPO 

Tadawul’s Performance, in Previous 5-Year, on Trial

As the Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company’s proposal to offer 36 million shares for public subscription, representing 30% of the company’s shares, Maaal, the online business daily, conducted a survey culminated in the incoming analysis:

 The Saudi Tadawul Group’s profits for the year 2020, after zakat, climbed by 227% to reach SR500.5 million, up from SR153.3 million in 2019. 

As a result of the 141% increase in trading commissions and a 9% increase in operating costs in the same period of the previous year, total profits increased by 203% to SR723 million in 2020.

Such a performance, aided by the increase in operating revenues, contributed to the growth of total profits by 203% to SR723 million in 2020.

As the stock exchange responsible for trading activities and the official source for all information relating to the financial market, in the Kingdom, the Saudi Tadawul company is responsible for listing and trading securities for local and foreign investors, as well.
