An hour before the closing of the session, on Monday, Nov 22, 2021, the Saudi stock exchange main index TASI fell by 206 points, or 1.8%, to 11,279, the lowest level, in two months, precisely since September 22.
However, liquidity hit SR5 billion, in the trading last hour, resulting from the trading of 147 million shares through 292,000 deals. Only 13 firms saw their shares rise, while 189 companies saw their shares fall.
Long-term commodities were down 2.8%, real estate management and development were down 2.6%, banks were down 2.1%, and investment was down, too.
For the first time in two months, the TASI drops more than 200 points and trades below 11,300, with financing at 2%.
Al-Nayifat companies 5%, Dallah 2.5%, Cisco 1.4%, Aqua Power 1.3%, and MEPCO 1% were the highest companies, at the session last hour.
While Taiba 10%, Amanah 4.8%, Medgulf 4.6%, Amlak 4.5%, and Al-Ahly Takaful 4.3% were the biggest decliners.
