STC: E-voting start on items of OGA Meeting on Friday

Saudi Telecom Company (Tadawulaty) announced on Thursday that the electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the website STC at 10:00 AM, Friday 26.11.2021, until the end of the Ordinary General assembly time.

This comes in reference to the announcement of Saudi Telecom Company –stc- (the company) on Saudi Exchange website dated 09.11.2021 to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting and second meeting to be held one hour after the first meeting), which will be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday 30.11.2021, by means of modern technology (Tadawulaty Platform).
