Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. Announces Appointment of a CEO

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Tuesday its Board of Directors resolution on 13/04/1443 corresponding to 18/11/2021, of appointing Mr. Bader Khalid Alanzi as a CEO to the company, the resolution issued after the company obtained SAMA’s no objection on 22/11/2021, Mr. Bader Khalid Alanzi will start his duties as CEO starting from 26/04/1443 corresponding to 01/12/2021.

The Board of Directors Chairman and members said they “wish Mr. Bader Khalid Alanzi all the best in his new assignment as CEO of the company”.

Mr. Bader Khalid Alanzi holds a master’s degree from the United States and has experience in management and leadership more than 20 years of Saudi joint-stock company with 10 years of experience in the insurance field. He also holds professional certificates in the financial and insurance fields.
