Riyadh Municipality Offer 50 investment Competitions

Riyadh Municipality have offered as many as 50 investment competitions, as part of its efforts to enhance the city’s investments and enable the private sector to contribute to improving the quality of services provided to the residents and visitors of the capital.

Opportunities for competition included two commercial buildings, four gardens and a social club for the elderly, in addition to 12 ready-mix concrete plants, a gas station, a multi-storey car park, a catering facility, and the terms of contracts range from 5 to 25 years.

The main conditions for entering the competition are the presence of a valid commercial register and a bank guarantee of 25% of the value of the annual, irrevocable bid until the date of payment of the rental value for the first year, Riyadh municipality explained.

It indicated that the possibility of viewing the specifications and conditions brochures, is at avail by downloading “Foras” application or log on to the secretariat’s website.
