NTDP Launch Technology Ambition Initiative

National Information Technology Development Program (NTDP) and the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) have launched a technology ambition program, aims to enable fast-growing small and medium technology companies to develop and expand, thus raising the percentage of companies’ contribution to the digital economy, through providing services that enhance growth.

The initiative through its “Tomooh” program – targets fast-growing small and medium technology companies, to benefit from the quality services provided by the initiative, in various fields, which will contribute to promoting and accelerating the growth of the targeted companies, in the sector, in addition to the expansion of the target companies, local, regional and international markets and industries, as well.

Such companies would increase their adoption of emerging technologies, reflecting on revenues growth, job creation, and an increase in the technical sector’s contribution to the local product.

Services related to the technical sector, will be provided to achieve the objectives of the initiative.

It is noteworthy that the National Information Technology Development Program (NTDP) was established to support and accelerate the growth of the information technology sector, in the Kingdom, with a budget of SR2.5 billion, as the largest government program to support the information technology sector, in the region. The ultimate goal of the information technology is that the Kingdom shall become a global leader, in the manufacture and adoption of technology, namely “Technology Growth Financing” and “Technical Research Challenge.”
