Non-Saudi investors Allowed to Subscribe in Bonyan REIT Fund

Saudi Fransi Capital announced on Sunday the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-Fundamental change to Bonyan REIT allowing non-Saudi investors to participate in the fund’s units.

“Such changes will become effective on 25/11/2021” the company said.

The Saudi Fransi Capital Company announced the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-basic change in the Bonyan REIT Fund, and the change will be effective on 25/11/2021.
