Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) won the International Customer Experience Awards 2021, during the Customer Experience –Middle East 2021 Conference, held on 15-16, Nov.
It is annually held with the participation of several Saudi, Gulf and International institutions, in Dubai, to showcase the latest developments, business models and strategies that focus on customer service.
SPA reported Director of the marketing and corporate communication administration and the official spokesperson Qusai Al-Abdulkarim as saying.
The international award, established, in the UK in 2008, and then became an annual ceremony worldwide, he explained.
It is also among the most prestigious international awards, in the customer service field, through attracting several public and private institutions, such as banks and major communications companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the rest of the world, he elaborated.
Modon won the award for the category of semi-government institutions for the best practices in improving the customer experience, where it seeks to realize satisfaction of partners that is considered a main pillar for Modon’s strategy to empower the industry and contribute to increasing the local content, he added.
Modon seeks to create a smart industrial environment that adopts the best international technologies, such as the Fourth Industrial revolution applications as part of digital transformation strategy to improve the experience of its partners.
