Inst’l Subscription for Tadawul IPO, to Kick off, on Nov 21st

Institutional subscription in Tadawul group shares is set to begin on November 21, for a period of six days, while individual subscription is to begin on November 30, for a period of three days, with the company’s shares being deposited to subscribers, in the first week of December, Saudi Tadawul Group CEO Khaled Al-Hussan told Al-Arabiya.

The Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company plans to sell 36 million shares to the public, accounting for 30% of the company’s stock.
