Ettesaq Limited files case against MIS claiming compensation for SR65,77 mln

Al Moammar Information Systems “MIS” announced on Monday that Ettesaq Limited Company has filed a case against the company before the Commercial Court in Riyadh, claiming compensation in the amount of SAR65,469,447, including 15% value-added tax, in addition to an amount of SAR300,000 for lawyer fees (therefore, the total of the amount claimed by the company is SAR65,769,447).

This is for technical consulting services for the final beneficiary according to the plaintiff claim.

MIS indicated that the basic initial value of the agreement signed between Al Moammar Information Systems Company and the plaintiff company is SAR367,000 (three hundred and sixty-seven thousand riyals only), with a clause for additional work in the event that the final beneficiary requests the activation of that clause.
