Eng. Khalid Al-Hogail Wins International Road Federation’s Man of the Year 2021

The Board of the Directors of the International Road Federation (IRF) announced on Monday choosing CEO of Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) and President of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) Eng. Khalid Al-Hogail to win the 2021 IRF Man of the Year title for his contributions to developing the transport system.

Eng. Al-Hogail was honored during the inauguration ceremony of the 18th IRF World Meeting and Exhibition, which is hosted in Dubai, represented by the Roads and Transport Authority under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The event includes the participation of more than 100 international firms and start-up companies and more than 250 speakers.

IRF is based in Washington and was established in 1948. It is an international non-profit organization supported by regional bureaus across the world to serve a network of federation members in 116 countries.
