Aramco Distribute as much as SR70.33 bln, in Dividends

Since going public, the energy giant firm, have made a host of dividends distribution.

Aramco began paying cash dividends to shareholders amounted to SR70.33 billion ($18.76 billion) for the 3rd quarter of 2021, based on a share price of SR0.3518.

Knowing that these distributions were eligible on the date of 04/11/2021, and that the eligibility was for shareholders on the due date and were registered in the issuer’s shareholder register, in the Depository Center, at the end of the second trading day, following the set due date.

The distribution of ordinary profits of SR14.76 billion for the period from the 5th of December 2019, i.e., the date of assigning the shares of the initial public offering to investors, to the end of 2019, at SR0.0738 per share, immediately after its listing.

These gains were part of the overall payouts for the 4th quarter of 2019, topped SR50 billion, despite the fact that the dividends for the year were SR274.4 billion.
