Almarai Completes Acquisition of Binghatti Beverage’s Production Facility in UAE

Almarai Company announced on Monday the completion of the acquisition of the assets from Binghatti Beverages Manufacturing LLC in UAE, for a consideration of AED 215 million.

The announcement comes further to the earlier announcement in Tadawul dated 2nd June 2021.

“The acquisition will enhance Almarai’s ability to serve its customers by expanding the range of beverage products in the region.” Almarai said.

The company has also said that the transaction is internally financed by Almarai’s operating cash flows and there are no related parties in this transaction.
