Alkhorayef Announces BOD approval to open a company branch in Iraq

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. announced the approval of the Board of Directors to open the company’s branch in Baghdad City in the Republic of Iraq.

The approval comes for the purpose of investment, providing project services, operation and maintenance in Water, Wastewater, and Integrated Water Services sectors.

“This is in line with company’s growth strategy which includes extending company business beyond the Saudi market.” The company said.

“There are no related parties tractions involved, and any developments in this regard will be announced in due course.” the company concluded.
