Al-Khaleej Announces Termination of Non-Binding MoU with Al-Enjaz National Schools

Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company announced the termination of the (non-binding) Memorandum of Understanding signed with the owner of Al-Enjaz National Schools Company Limited without reaching a final agreement between the two parties to complete the deal due to the lack of compatibility between the concerned parties and without any obligation on either party.

Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company previously announced the extension of the (non-binding) Memorandum of Understanding signed with the owner of Al-Enjaz National Schools Company Limited.
