Al Hokair Group Announces Decrease in Accumulated Losses to 34.55% of Capital

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development announced on Sunday that the accumulated losses as of 30 Sep 2021 has decreased below 50% of its share capital and amounted to SR 224.59 million.

The loss represents 34.55% from its share capital which amounted to SAR 650 million as of 30 Sep 2021.

The company said that “The decrease in Accumulated Losses is related to increase of the Share Capital through Right Issuance by SR 307 million as per the approval of its Extraordinary General Assembly held on 8 July 2021.
