MIT Entrepreneurship Forum, in the Arab World and the MIT Entrepreneurship Forum, in the Kingdom, will organize the training camp for the startup competition hosted by Taibah University, on February 17-18, 2022, in Madinah.
As many as 60 companies are to compete, in three tracks, including ideas, startups, and social entrepreneurship, within the semi-final stage of the forum.
It will allocate cash prizes of up to $160,000 to be awarded to the winners of the competition, in addition to supporting the winners, in training fields, and benefiting from networking opportunities and building relationships with a network of entrepreneurs, financiers and investors.
The training camp for qualified companies is set to focus on enabling companies qualified for this stage to present their projects and build designs for their business models, in addition to training them, in design thinking.
Meanwhile the forum is scheduled to announce on December 27, 60 teams from among the registered participants to take part, in the semi-final stage, with 20 participants from each track, to compete in the next rounds of the competition.
These qualified teams will have the opportunity to attend the closing ceremony to be held, at the King Salman International Conference Center, in Madinah, at the end of February 2022, and to honor the winning companies, in the forum’s tracks and activities.
