Sipchem, the leading advancer, Al-Nayifat, the main decliner
Foreign Investors Raise their Stake-hold, in 62 Enterprises
All foreign investors’ stake-holding changes’ report, revealed an increase, in as many as 62 companies, listed on the Saudi stock exchange Tadawul, with 3.4 million shares purchased, at a market value of SR136 million, while their stake in as many as 88 other companies declined, as they sold 9 million shares, at a market value of SR381 million.
Sipchem topped the list in terms of the percentage of foreign investors’ stake increase, rising 0.12% to 12.96% from 12.84%, the previous session, by purchasing 880 thousand shares, with a market value of SR36.7 million, according to the foreign investors report, at the end of the last session.
At the end of the previous session, Al-Nayifat company topped the list of foreign investors’ decreases, with their stake declining by 2.65%, to 1.64%, from 4.29% the previous session, as 2.7 million shares have been sold, at a market value of SR92.2 million. (Based on the stock’s last closing price).
The Saudi stock index TASI finished trading on Wednesday, gaining 112.86 points, or 1%, over the previous session, closing, at 11,369.38 points.
