Within the government programs to support employment, according to the global index (CSAT),
the General Organization for Social Insurance achieved 93% of the beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the Unemployment Insurance (Saned)
“Saned” unemployment support program.
Results of measuring the beneficiary’s satisfaction with government services to support employment, issued by the National Center for Measurement of Performance of Governmental Agencies, conducted a study measuring satisfaction among the beneficiaries of government services to support employment for the first quarter of 2021.
The results of the study showed that the “Saned” program achieved a distinguished level within the government programs supporting employment, according to the global index (CSAT) for measuring customer satisfaction, which directly calculates the total satisfaction of beneficiaries, through their experience according to a specific equation, and then the satisfaction measurement is divided according to satisfaction rate, divided into 4 categories (low, medium, high, and outstanding).
The results showed that there were no negative comments from the beneficiaries about the services provided by the “Saned” program, in accordance with the criteria set by the study to measure the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries of government services, while the study showed that the rate of satisfaction among women with the “Saned” program was 97% against 90% among men of different ages of both sexes.
In addition, the journey of measuring beneficiary satisfaction is subject to 6 basic criteria, which are (procedures, speed, website, location, staff, and output.
Meanwhile the study aims to measure beneficiary satisfaction with specific government programs to support employment such as (Saned, Tamheer, Incentive, paths, avenues, energies, access), identifying the strengths of the measured employment support programs, in order to enhance them, and identifying improvement opportunities for the measured services in order to develop them.
