Jadwa REIT Saudi: Cash Subscription in Increasing Total Asset Value Completed

Jadwa Investment Company (the “Fund Manager”) in its capacity as the manager of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (the “Fund”) announced on Tuesday that the cash subscription process in the increasing of the total asset value of the Fund has been successfully completed on 07/10/2021.

The total value of requests amounted to SR1.635 billion, compared to the targeted amount of the cash offering which is equal to SR229.05 million after deducting the in-kind subscription and the Fund manager’s subscription from the total increase in the Fund’s assets value of SR370 million.

The coverage percentage reached 714% of the total value of the targeted cash offering. The subscription requests saw the participation of individuals, institutions and companies, where the total number of requests has reached 30,582 requests.

Based on the allocation mechanism announced in the supplementary annex of the Fund’s terms & conditions, the additional shares will be allocated to unitholders registered on the day of unitholders’ Meeting dedicated for approving the increase of the total value of the Fund.

Requests of the total value of the Fund amounted to SR1.2 billion and with a coverage percentage of 524%, the allocation will be on pro-rata basis at around 19.08%.
