Institutional Subscriptions worth SR2.55 trln Raised, over 10-Year

The total funds gathered from institutional subscriptions totaled SR2.75 trillion over 10 years, from 2012 to the end of the first nine months of the current year, with an average coverage of 25.77 times, in 34 companies subscribed, since.

Capital Market Authority and the Financial Market Company “Tadawul,” put the International Water and Energy Works Company (ACWA Power) at the top of the list of companies in terms of the value of the collected funds (the value of applications submitted by institutions), with SR1.13 trillion, accounting for 41% of the total funds collected for subscriptions in the previous ten years.
The Arab Company for Internet and Communications Services (Solutions) came in second with SR471.23 billion, accounting for 17% of total funds during the previous ten years.

The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) is in third place with 396.8 billion riyals, followed by “Sulaiman Al-Habib” with SR379.05 billion.
As a result, the prior four corporations will have contributed 86.3% of the total amount gathered during the ten years.

Bin Dawood Company was ranked fifth with SR106.88 billion, followed by “Food Development” in sixth place with SR38.33 billion, “Autumn” in seventh place with SR34.13 billion and “Theeb” in eighth place with SR31.01 billion.
With the exception of “Aramco” and “National Bank,” the value of the collected funds was estimated based on the number of shares allocated to the institutions.
