Infath Hold 5 public Auctions

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center “Infath” announced the holding of as many as 5 public auctions, which will be held on several properties, in several regions, in the Kingdom, from 24 to 26 October 2021.

The auctions showcase 57 real estate investment opportunities with a total area of more than 190,000 square meters, starting with the “Sanabel Taiba” electronic auction, which is based on 10 real estate opportunities represented in agricultural and residential lands, buildings and residential houses, in the Madinah region, and the “Riyadh Elite Auction,” which includes 16 opportunities.

Real estate, represented by several residential and commercial lands, 7 villas, a building and a residential apartment, in Riyadh, the “Second Title” auction, which includes 14 real estate opportunities, represented by several lands, commercial and residential buildings, and industrial workshops, in Riyadh, and the Buraidah auction, which includes 9 investment opportunities, represented in several Residential lands, a building and a restroom, in the city of Buraidah, and the “Abdaliya Scheme” electronic auction, which is based on 8 investment opportunities, represented in residential lands in the Abdaliya, Scheme in the Badia Governorate.
