Al Naqool Issues Memorandum of Association of Sadan Industry subsidiary

Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company announced on Sunday the completion of the issuance of the Memorandum of Association and Commercial Register for its subsidiary company under the name of Sadan Industry Company (a limited liability company 100% owned by Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company) with a capital of one million Saudi riyals.

The company will start providing its services after completing all the administrative and technical establishment works.

The activity of Sadan Company for Industry is mining and operating quarries, where it exploits quarries to extract stones and sand, operates crushers, sand and gravel mines and transports them.
