Al Hammadi Extends Deal to Purchase 35% of Sudair Pharmaceutical for a Month

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment announced on Sunday the extension for another month of the duration of the agreement to purchase the entire Stake shares of the Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC).

The said entire stake represents 35% of Sudair Pharmaceuticals Company, the owner and developer of Sudair Complex for Specialized Pharmaceutical Industries.

This comes in reference to Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment announcement on 11 July 2021 that it has signed an agreement to purchase the entire Stake shares of the Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC).
