Hadaf Overhauls Strategy for further Job Localization Boost

Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) strategy had been overhauled, to cater the labor market and support private enterprises to increase the ratio of job localization and to empower citizens with possible jobs, Hadaf general manager said.

The Fund, through its effective partnership with various government and private agencies, is working to provide initiatives and programs to support rehabilitation, training and employment, Turki Al-Jawini, general manager of the Fund said.

“The Saudi Mining Polytechnic (SMP) is playing a major role in the field of training and employment, and the Fund stands ready to provide the necessary support to the Institute on the basis of its expansionist strategic plan,” Al-Jawini said.

This came during Al-Jawini meeting with Abdullah Alotaibi, director of the Saudi Mining Polytechnic at the Institute’s headquarters in the city of Arar.

For his part, Abdullah Al-Otaibi confirmed during the meeting that “the Institute is working out localize the mining industry hand in hand with various actors through training and employment based on the strategic plan for mining, which aims to expand specializations and branches.”
