Saudi Airlines Wins the most advanced airline in the world

Saudi Airlines has won the award for “the most advanced airline, in the world for the Year 2021” within the “Skytrax” awards, which specializes in evaluating the performance and services provided  by airlines and airports.

The Saudi giant jumped 31 places in the ranking of airlines during 2021, achieving 26th place.

Saudi Airlines obtained this accolade through a global vote conducted by “Skytrax”, in which more than 13 million passengers, representing more than 100 participant nationalities, as the total votes came from the positive impression of the guests, in terms of the tangible development in the level of products and services.

Saudi Arabia won this award for the second time since 2017, when it made a leap from 82nd to 51st place, with a progression of 40%.

In this year’s achievement, another 55% progress qualified it to reach the 26th place in the global rankings.

Saudi airlines transformation program (SV2020), launched over the past years, aim at raising operating efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality, as well as increasing and developing the fleet and providing more flights and seat capacity, as well as access to new international stations.

In addition to the (TOP5) project, which is part of the transformation program, in terms of its attention to the smallest details of services, in all stages of travel to develop them in line with the expectations of the guests.

It is noteworthy that the London-based Skytrax, is concerned with the level of services provided to travelers.

And consequently to award prizes to airlines, according to the results and mechanisms that they apply, in this regard.
