Rekaz National Capital Business Profile, Amended

Rekaz National Capital Company’s request to amend the profile of companies, that it was licensed to function, was approved by the Capital Market Authority.

Henceforth, the company, from now on, shall be able to manage investments, operate funds, arrange transactions, and provide advice for the securities sector.

This has been based on the Royal Decree No. (M/30) of 06/02/1424, establishing the Capital Market Law, regulations and other related rules, as well.
