Over 72 Thousand Articles of Association, Partners’ Decisions Electronically Documented – Ministry of Commerce Announced

As much as 42,639 partners’ decisions and 33,095 companies’ articles of associations have been electronically documented, constituting about 78 per cent of all related items, documented form July 1, 2020 up to July 31, 2021.

Riyadh region ranked first with 6,818 articles of association and 10.,213 partners’ decisions, followed by Makkah region with 2,631 articles and 5,816 decisions and finally the Eastern region with 1,442 articles and 3,123 decisions.

Noteworthy, that the Ministry of Commerce have put at avail of the interested to do such services form online, including documenting, amending of the articles of association, in order to facilitate business doing and initiating.
