NADEC to Acquire Wadi Al-Dawasir-based Area of 269.2 mln sq.m

The National Agricultural Development Company “NADEC” announced the issuance of a deed to own a land lot, in Wadi Al-Dawasir, with an area of 269,210 million square meters.

The move is in pursuance of the ownership decision issued by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture.

A judge approves the ownership of the “NADEC” of the right spaces of the land delivered to it.

The firm said in a statement posted on (Tadawul) that the transaction of issuing bonds for the company’s lands lots, in Hail and Al-Jawf is still in progress and would be publicized when it is completed.

This is in response to the National Agricultural Development Company’s “NADEC” notification on the Tadawul website on August 25, 2020, about the latest developments surrounding the Cabinet’s acceptance of a number of actions, pertaining to the lands lots it was given.
