KSA among Leading Nations, In terms of GovTech, Citizen Engagement

The World Bank’s GovTech Maturity Index (GTMI) showed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has achieved a global breakthrough, by ranking among the top leading and innovative countries, in the domain of government digitally-administered service delivery and citizen engagement.

The GovTech Maturity Index (GTMI) measures the key aspects of four GovTech main areas: Enhancing service delivery, supporting core government systems, mainstreaming citizen engagement, and GovTech enablers.
