The Human Capability Development Program aims at raising the rate of high-skilled job localization to 40 per cent, Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed Al-Rajhi said, at the dialogue session of the Human Capability Development Program.
Saudi Arabia leadership believes in citizen and citizen capabilities and aims to raise the efficiency of the labor market and help citizens to be a regional and global competitor, he added.
The Human Capability Development Program is one of the newly refreshed Vision 2030 programs, as it was recently
created to develop citizens’ capabilities, prepare them for the future, and support them to seize opportunities, he elaborated.
“One of the goals of Human Capability Development Program is to train young people while they are on the job, and it aims to provide 80% of citizens with appropriate job opportunities for their specializations within 12 months of graduation.” he emphasized.
The Minister of Human Resources has also said that the program has accelerators to help rehabilitate and train education outcomes that did not meet the requirements of the labor market.
The program is part of Saudi Vision 2030 plans and a national strategy to strengthen citizen’s capabilities locally and globally.
