The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” confirmed that Hadaf Leadership Academy seeks to empower private sector enterprises, by building national leadership competencies, equipping them with the competencies of team leadership and business leadership, and benefiting from global models and experiences, in developing leaders and activating the principles of effective leadership.
The Fund renewed its invitation to private sector establishments to nominate their employees and register them, in the Academy program, by visiting the academy’s online portal via the link
where the academy relies on the transfer of global expertise and activation of effective and influential principles, through many practical cases and projects.
The objective of transfer of best practices globally, guidance, follow-up and simulation directly or through virtual halls with distinguished experts globally, and seeking to develop the skills of future leaders of the private sector, qualifying and training Saudi male and female employees, in the private sector, to take over the management and leadership of the establishments.
That would be reflected on performance and productivity, and raise qualitative and distinguished Saudization rates.
The Academy program includes five phases, starting with direct training of the participants for a period of 5 days.
During the training period, learning application projects will be distributed.
In the second phase of the program; the trainees apply what they have learned at their employer by working on projects.
In the third phase, participants shall receive a 5-day direct training.
In the fourth phase, the projects are presented, discussed and evaluated by a specialized committee, and then a leadership seminar and graduation ceremony are held.
The fifth phase is based on following up and evaluating the impact of the training program on the trainees, at their respective employers’ workplaces.
