Competition Authority Endorse Righttech Medco and Pfizer Lt. Economic Concentration Deal
The General Authority for Competition said that it had no objections to the completion of the economic concentration process between Rgtech Medco GmbH, a holding company, and Pfizer Limited, a firm that develops and sells financial software solutions.
The form of concentration, according to the government, is the acquisition of all shares of Pfizer Ltd.
