Citizen’s Account: SR1.9 bln Earmarked for Sept Beneficiaries

The Citizen Account Program deposited as much as SR1.9 billion for September subsidy’s beneficiaries, provided their applications have met the requirements.

Number of the entitled beneficiaries who met the requirement for 46^th payment maturity batch, stood at 10.5 million.
Total compensations, retroactively paid, rose by SR21 million, compared to the last batch, raising to overall toll of the program payment paid for the entitled, since its very inception, to more than SR103 billion, including SR854 million, as compensation for previous payments..
About 77 per cent of the beneficiaries have received subsidies within this batch, while the average single family subsidy rose to SR1,057 against over 2 million heads of the family, constituting around 8.3 beneficiaries.

For their part, the independent beneficiaries were more than 164 thousand, or about 7 per cent of the total main beneficiaries.

On the other hand, the percentage of the heads of the family shot up to 92 per cent against 8 per cent for the housewives.
