“Al Sagr Insurance” Share Trading Suspended

The Saudi Exchange announced on Tuesday that the trading of the share of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co, will be suspended again, starting from 21/09/2021, until the company announces its financial statements.

This comes in reference to the Saudi Exchange announcement on 23/08/2021G.

It is also due to Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. non-compliance with the legal requirements to announce its financial statements for the 2^nd quarter 2021, during the specified period.
