“ACWA Power” Institutional Subscription Offering fully Covered

The private placement of institutions in the ACWA Power Saudi Arabia subscription was covered within a few minutes of the door opening on September 15, banking sources reported.

Around 81.2 million shares from local and foreign institutions exceeded the target, in less than 10 minutes, after the subscription process beginning.

Pricing the offering at the top range, would allow the company to raise more than $1.2 billion.
