SPPC Secures SAR 75 Mln Financing from Saudi Research and Media Group

Saudi Printing and Packaging Company (SPPC) announced on Thursday the signing of a financing agreement with one of its major shareholders, Saudi Research and Media Group, for an amount of up to SAR 75 million, with a maturity date of December 31, 2028, to finance working capital needs.

The company stated in a statement today on Tadawul that the guarantees provided for the financing consist of promissory notes under the agreement.
