ProMedEx Secures SAR 45 Million Financing from Saudi Awwal Bank
ProMedEx (Professional Medical Expertise Company) announced on Tuesday that it has secured an Islamic Financial Faciality Agreement worth SAR 45 million from Saudi Awwal Bank to support its existing projects, the company said in a filing on Tadawul.
The financing is backed by a promissory note totaling SAR 45 million provided by Al Omran Holding Company as a guarantee.
