Musharaka REIT Distributes SAR 8.8 Mln Cash Dividends for H1 2025

Musharaka Capital Company announced on Tuesday the distribution of SAR 8.8 million in cash dividends to unitholders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from Jan. 01, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

The number of outstanding units upon which the cash dividends will be distributed is 88 million units, with a dividend of SAR 0.10 per unit and a distribution percentage of 1.22% of the net asset value.

The Company stated in its statement on Tadawul that the cash dividends are due to unitholders according to the unitholders’ register as of the end of August 19, 2025. Dividends are to be paid within 15 working days of the due date.
