eXtra to Distribute SAR 160 Million in Cash Dividends for the First Half of 2025

The Board of Directors of United Electronics Company (eXtra) has approved the distribution of SAR 160 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2025.

A total of 80 million shares are eligible for dividends, with a dividend payout of SAR 2 per share, representing a 20% dividend payout ratio based on the nominal share value. The entitlement date is August 3, 2025.

The company clarified that shareholders who hold shares at the close of trading on August 3, 2025, and are registered in the Securities Depository Center (EDAA) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date will be eligible for the dividend.
