Nama Chemicals Accepts Resignation of Board Member Zied Al-Rubaish

Nama Chemicals Company announced that its Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Zied bin Mohammed Al-Rubaish from his roles as a board member, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and the company’s representative to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Group, effective July 22, 2025.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, Al-Rubaish resigned due to personal reasons.
