ACWA Power Begins Partial Commercial Operation of Saad II PV Plant

ACWA Power announced that it has received confirmation from the project company regarding the issuance of the first Commercial Operation Certificate for 759.3 MW of the total 1,125 MW capacity at the Saad II photovoltaic power plant, located in the Riyadh region.

The company holds a 50.1% stake in the project company.

According to a Tadawul filing, ACWA Power expects the financial impact of this partial operation to be reflected during the second half of 2025.
